My request for team coaching was to grow a team of young professional managers in just six months. After working in coaching with Dasha for 3 months, the team became more independent and took responsibility for many strategic tasks that were previously on the manager.
According to the results of the half-year evaluations, everyone in the team received a fast-track promotion.
For me, the main result is that, thanks to the rapid growth of the team, significantly more time was freed up for strategic tasks and team development.
